| I'm still trying to figure out how to do subscriptions. Actually, what I REALLY want to do is just host the blog on my own site here. But until I can figure it all out, I'll stay over at wordpress. I've been harrassing my dh to make the blog like I want, but he's less than cooperative. Sigh. It sucks..
So, thank you Jennifer for making me feel loved. :D I've been tempted to stay over here for a bit, as it's WAY faster to upload a blog.
Hugs, tammy

| Hi All,
Well, I'm moving on out... :D No, I'm not moving from the desert or even from my roach ridden apt, I'm moving my blog. Yes, I have moved many times, but this time (hopefully) will be my last. Why did I move? Well, I wanted my blog to look cool w/all the cool buttons and such. Xanga didn't offer that (or atleast didn't w/the free version) so I moved over to: Here Hopefully soon I'll figure out how to host it on my own site to make my life even easier. :D I've got a few entries over there so come and check them out! :D
Hugs, tammy

| Ok, not seriously, k? I am totally in LOVE with KnitPicks! Then why the title? Well, because I don't make enough $$ to buy all the things I want from them!!!
My Options Set came today! I spent an hour checking each and every tip with each and every cable (that's 18 tips, and 6 cables). I had a few problems, placed a quick call to KP and my replacement tips (only the ones I needed) are on their way. EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! I (of course) switched my Razor Tank over to the new 7s (on 32" cable rather than the 40" it was on) and ahhh....it's so nice! Talk about POINTY! I love them pointy needles! I'm totally excited.
I have my Options set all organized, used their little needle bags that come in the set and my handy dandy sharpie and labeled them all. They look so nice. I'll probably order some more tips (7s for sure, and then possibly 5,6, 8, 9 the ones I use the most) and maybe the 60" cable.
For the cost of this set $60 you get a total of 18 straight sets and 18 circs (mixing up the cables/tips) and a case to hold them all, pocket things. Doing the math it comes out to $1.66 per set...or for my reasoning...I only use circs so I have 18 circular needles which cost me 3.33 each. This is an excellent price for the quality of needles. I'm excited.
I am happy. Again, I just wish I had more funds to play with....

| All about the pictures. So for today, you get to see a bunch of stuff. I know when I read blogs, I look at the pictures, no pictures, I usually skip stuff...
These are my CURRENT
projects and all (except one) ones that I have knit on TODAY...I'm
shocked at their number, I'm even more shocked at how many other UFOs I
have that aren't photographed...
First off: The Razor tank I'm desigining. I
have a few inches done, I haven't measured it, but it's coming along
nicly. Hopefully I'll be able to keep working on it and not get
bored.

Second: Here are the Falling Leaves socks that I'm
doing in the Trekking XXL from my KSKS pal. I'm LOVING these!!!
They are going to be awesome! I'm almost up to the gussett
increases.

Third: This is Sonnet from Knitty. I'm using
the beautiful colorway I've dubbed Black Rainbow that Theresa from LTK
custom dyed for me. She'll be dying some sock yarn for me as well.
I love this colorway. And I LOVE how it's turnign out. I'm
thinking of calling it my Stained Glass Cardigan...

Fourth & Fifth: This is just some knitting I'm
doing for someone. The first is a 'ghan the second is a dishcloth.
Same pattern, the diagional dishcloth with some garter & stockinette.
Very easy, and quick. I'm teaching my friend how to knit with this
pattern.

Sixth: My pretty Pinwheel. Yes, she is on
waste yarn, however it's all Razor Tank's fault!!! I'll be
switching the Razor tank onto my KnitPicks needles asoon as they arrive
(which will hopefully be soon...I checked the tracking and they haven't updated it yet!!! They arrived in Dallas YESTERDAY at 9am.) and put Pinwheel back OTN!

| ROTFLOL!!! Ok, so I took one of those quizzes. It was fun. I loved some of the questions (one was dealing w/a yarn store....yeah...) Here's what I got:
 You
appear to be a Knitting Guru. You love knitting and do it all the time.
While finishing a piece is the plan, you still love the process, and
can't imagine a day going by without giving some time to your yarn.
Packing for vacation involves leaving ample space for the stash and
supplies. It can be hard to tell where the yarn ends and you
begin.http://marniemaclean.com Take this quiz!
It was fun...take the quiz!!
Update of Projects:
Razor Tank - Plugging along. I have a few inches done so far. I had to rip out what I originally did as it was WAY too big. I scaled it down a bit so it'll fit w/out being huge. I have a fun idea for under the bust area to give a bit more support for the girls, I'll play with it and show it later.
Sonnet - Well, I did a few more rows last week some time. So it's not officially a UFO or anything. It's just so blasted hot!
Pinwheel - Sigh. You know the needles for the Razor....well, they *were* on the Pinwheel. Again, I'm going to finish it, but again, it's HOT! I'm on 41 rounds though, so more rounds than I had before.
Socks - I'm doing....um...Trekking XXL socks but can't remember the pattern. It's one of Knitty's. I'm totally loving the yarn. Haven't picked it up in a few days, however, I did take it to the park. One of these days EZ will let me knit at the park again. We'll try again tomorrow.
KP Order - Why, yes I did order that Needle set....it arrived in Dallas this morning, hopefully I'll get it before the weekend. Yes, I do check it several times a day, why do you ask?
